If You Want Blood You've Got It är AC/DC:s första livealbum ursprungligen släppt 1978, återutgivet 26 juni 2003. Albumet innehåller 10 spår och fångar bandets råa energi och kraft live.

AC/DC är ett australiensiskt hard rock-band. "If You Want Blood You've Got It" spelades in live under bandets Powerage-turné 1978 och innehåller klassiker som "Whole Lotta Rosie", "Let There Be Rock", "High Voltage", "The Jack" och "Bad Boy Boogie". Albumet anses vara ett av de bästa livealbumen inom hard rock och visar AC/DC:s förmåga att leverera explosiv livemusik. Detta är det enda livealbum som släpptes med sångaren Bon Scott innan hans död 1980.
