Burnin' (1973) är det sista studioalbumet med den ursprungliga Wailers-trion — Bob Marley, Peter Tosh och Bunny Wailer — och ett av reggaens mest politiskt laddade verk. Albumet innehåller två av musikhistoriens mest ikoniska låtar: Get Up, Stand Up, skriven av Marley och Tosh som en hymn för mänskliga rättigheter, och I Shot the Sheriff, som nådde världsberömmelse när Eric Clapton spelade in sin version 1974.

Denna 2001-utgåva inkluderar tre bonuspår: Reincarnated Souls, No Sympathy och Oppressed Song — tidiga inspelningar som ger en unik inblick i bandets rötter.
