Ayreon – Electric Castle Live & Other Tales (2CD + DVD)
En händelserik livespektakel – över fyra kvällar på Tilburgs berömda 013-venue firade Arjen Anthony Lucassen 20-årsjubileet av det tredje Ayreon-albumet Into the Electric Castle (1998) inför tusentals fans som flugit in från hela världen. Det fullständiga albumet framfördes live med originalvokalister och musiker.
Into the Electric Castle är en klassisk episk berättelse utspelar sig i “inget tid och inget rum”, där åtta individer guidas av en mystisk röst i sökandet efter det gåtfullt Electric Castle. Bland de medverkande märks Thijs van Leer, Fish, Damian Wilson, Edward Reekers, Anneke van Giersbergen, Simone Simons (Epica) och Star Trek-skådespelaren John de Lancie som berättare.
“Other Tales” innehåller djupa spår från Arjens andra projekt – The Gentle Storm, Ambeon, Stream of Passion, Guilt Machine, Star One och hans soloalbum – samt en mycket speciell Marillion-cover (Kayleigh). Totalt närmare 6 timmar material: 2,5 timmars konsert, 1,5+ timme Behind the Scenes och Extended Interview på DVD.
